Happy Earth Week 2026

Last season, we planted 686,147 trees across five sites in Canada's boreal forest, restored 429 hectares of wildfire-damaged land, and generated 301,904 tonnes of projected CO2e sequestration over 100 years.

That work is the foundation for what starts now.

After this Earth Week, we're heading back into the field for Spring 2026 operations. The 2023 Quebec wildfires burned roughly 4.5 million hectares. Many of those sites are still waiting for meaningful regeneration. We've been working with Oujé-Bougoumou Cree Nation since 2024 to prioritize the worst-affected areas and source seed directly from the territory, including 8.5 million Jack Pine seeds collected by snowmobile and on foot at -30C when regional supply fell short.

In fall 2026, we'll return to our 2025 sites to measure stocking and density, and report on what took hold.

The season starts here.
